Downey High student, Jaylene Chinchilla, 11, has always had a great passion for makeup. “My mom has a degree in cosmetology and I grew up seeing all the women in my family being very into beauty so I feel like that’s where my interest really sparked,” stated Chinchilla. “Once I got old enough to further my interest in it is when I started to make it a hobby, no matter if I was happy or not having a good day doing my makeup is where I would turn to.”
