Majid Al Maskati and Jordan Ullman, the two Canadian performers who make up the duo Majid Jordan, have recently released a video for their single, Forever, from their latest EP, A Place Like This. They are known for their feature on Drake’s Hold on We’re Going Home. The duo is signed to the record label, OVO Sound, and has diverted from the rhythmical ways of their mentors, with hopes of accomplishing a more soothing, electronic, and upbeat sound. The duo showcased their producing abilities by intertwining different beats, while incorporating their vocal skills. The two have similar songs on their five-track EP. “We’ve kept the same process since the beginning-After Hours, low-key but separate,” Jordan told V-Magazine in an interview. The only thing that differentiates this EP from the previous one is that, “Now people are listening,” Jordan said in the interview with V Magazine. Being that is their sophomore five- track release, the duo does not have any forthcoming tours or shows, but rather they are focused on staying in the studio and work on more music.
