In order to perform their best, Redford states, “We practice Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, take a break on Thursday, and come out Friday ready to play, simple.” After tonights win, score being 40-0, Redford is ready to, “Go home, eat, shower, and call bae.” The Downey Football team ends their seventh game of the season with a record of 6-1. The Downey Vikings plan on extending their six game winning streak at the homecoming game on October 15th against Dominguez High School.
