Musical theater is an all-time favorite for Stefanie Chavez, 12, who aspires to be a professional actress after high school. “I like being able to express myself in a creative way and acting on stage,” Chavez said. “Musical theater helps me bring out my personality, and the capability of being able to change character and dress up as someone completely different is exciting. It challenges me.”

    • While some individuals have chosen to adopt a pet, others have come across their pets by luck like Hannah Kim, 12, whose kittens were abandoned. “I’m glad I found my kittens during a pandemic. Although that sounds odd, I worried that my pets would be lonely at home if I had any before,” Kim stated. “Thanks to COVID-19, I can really watch them grow up.”
