Fall is on its way and so are the return of many beloved shows and the debuts of new series. Fans wait for the arrival of new seasons for The CW’s “The Flash,” ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy,” FOX’s “Empire,” and plenty of other favorites. Highly anticipated shows such as CBS’s “Star Trek: Discovery” and ABC’s “The Good Doctor” will premiere their pilot episodes this fall as well.

“Riverdale” ‘stan’, or a highly enthusiastic fan, Ashley Arizmendi, 11, discusses the series she is excited to have return after a long period of waiting.

“I’m looking forward to watching ‘Riverdale,’” Arizmendi said. “They left off the season with a cliffhanger so I kinda wanna see what happens.’’

Avid cartoon fanatic, James Colom, 11, gives a suggestion on what show people would find interesting.

“People should watch ‘Bob’s Burgers’ because the show’s entertaining to watch,” Colom said. “The slice of life quality show makes it more relatable and heartwarming. The show has been amazing for seven seasons and I don’t think season eight will be disappointing.”

Marvel enthusiast, Adrian Soto, 11, expresses his thoughts on the latest superhero show, “Marvel’s Inhumans,” that is set to premiere this month.

“I think it’s gonna be an interesting T.V. show,” Soto said. “I just hope they take a good route with it. I hope they don’t mess with [the Inhumans characters] or get underwhelming with what the people want.”

The second season of “Riverdale” will premiere on The CW on Oct. 11 at 8 p.m. “Bob’s Burgers” will return to FOX on Oct. 1 at 7:30 p.m. “Marvel’s Inhumans” will debut on ABC on Sept. 29 at 8 p.m. Some other shows set to come back are NBC’s “This is Us” on Sept. 26 at 9 p.m., FOX’s “The Mick” on Sept. 26 at 9 p.m., ABC’s “Modern Family” on Sept. 27 at 9 p.m., and The CW’s “Supergirl” on Oct. 9 at 8 p.m.
