Not surprising, LA County is under a new stay-at-home order again beginning December 8, 2020. Janice Vijuck, 39, owner of Boba indeed, reflects on the effect such mandates have on her business. “For business perspectives, we haven’t been affected much by any Covid-19 mandates,” Vijuck says. “90% of our sales normally are take out orders so closing or opening dine-in has minimal effect.”
