Wishing to get a taste of what college life is like, AP/Honors student, Sofia McCoy, 12, is in her 2nd year of partaking in the Cerritos College dual enrollment program. “I’d say it’s more beneficial, but the classes aren’t that different,” McCoy stated. “I like how you don’t have class every day and it’s by semester, so it’s definitely less overwhelming.”
