While being stuck in quarantine, Rachel Spinosa, 11, still finds motivation to stay in shape. “I always eat a healthy breakfast and get a five minute stretch in beforehand,” Spinosa said. “I get a 2 mile run in, and then I alternate arms and legs every other day, but I always do core at the end of every workout.”
