Spirit Halloween stores began popping up around the country in the beginning of August selling costumes and decor to customers just in time for Halloween and Angel Duarte, 10, is one such customer. “I think Spirit Halloween is beneficial because with everything going on in the world right now, I think we should have one thing that has nothing to do with politics and protests,” Duarte stated. “Plus, Halloween is fun and most of us have to start living life again.”
