Now in his first year as a photographer for the Downey Legend, Angel Valenzuela is ready for his senior year and excited to be on the newspaper staff. Along with being a photographer, he is involved in wrestling and is in his 4th season as a DHS wrestler. He is often described as funny, loud, and a mix of an introvert and an extrovert. He has goals of moving out of state, becoming a police officer, and working in the K-9 unit. After being in photojournalism, Angel decided to join the Downey Legend staff for his senior year as a photographer. He gives his advice to lowerclassmen, saying, “Participate in everything, join a club, join a sport.”
